Main club Membership is doing well 7209 members, 4540 memberships,
Pubic liability-3rd party insurance, far to complex for these minutes, but will be shown in the windscreen report. As will the new safety document (all 50 pages of it) for shows and events……………………………………….

Sunday 25th April, that’s the Memorial/Drive it day………….
10-00 at Buckfastleigh Railway Station, start when ready, and head of to Slapton via Tones and Kingsbridge, (part of the plan was to do a photo shoot on the old tank park near Kingsbridge, rode down there today on the M20, but could not remember where it was, so sight change of plan) we will try to park as close as we can to the Sherman at Slapton, for lunch break (pack-lunch or pub, the choice is yours) the return trip will be via the Dartmouth Ferry,

Peter Coaker spoke up about event insurance, whether, its Vehicle, Model, or Display, and the need to clarify what and where, at the end of the day, make sure all is in order
Meeting closed at 20-45
And the evening settled down for the usual high standard of food and conversion, I had the Chicken Curry, followed by Run & Raisin ice cream, A good turn out of Members meant there was plenty to chat about, so get yourself along, Rod is hoping to sort out some means of showing DVD’s. Between us all there is a lot of viewing to be seen, some of it now 30+ years old, it will be interesting to see how the rally scene has changed,
